 Theacher Jorge or as we all said to him and he liked to be called theacher Jorgito. He is a great teacher that I had throughout high school, I studied at a professional technical high school and in second year I was able to choose the specialty I liked and the one I wanted finish in high school, this is where the teacher Jorgito becomes a fundamental pillar both in the specialty and as inspiration and to study what I have chosen now, he is undoubtedly an exemplary teacher and with a lot of vocation in what he works, he was in good, bad and worse, he always encouraged us in everything so that we would never give up, I studied tourism and the best were the field trips with him, that photo was taken by a friend just when he had fallen and he offered his hand to help her, he is a great teacher and a great person without a doubt is someone that I admire a lot! 

Forest engineering fulfills an important role in the world, like all specialties, since we defend natural resources and their conservation, our work goes clearly hand in hand with an environmental contribution, combating climate change, a very important issue for the world with the capture of the carbon in the atmosphere, reserve erosion and soil degradation, conservation of biodiversity and natural resources. I find that this is one of the most beautiful specialties and contributors to the planet for care and sustainability, that we learn to love and care for our environment, which is a topic that becomes more and more important with the passage of time and to be able to contribute to this it´s something too motivating and encouraging. I will always try to be able to contribute in the best way to our planet and I feel that studying this is a very good way since the specialization that they offer us helps us to be able to achieve it.

This photo was taken in Panguipulli, (Los Rios region) is not of very good quality but it represents the last vacation I took with my family before the pandemic :( I remember it was a trip that we did not plan in advance but was thought one day and made the next day haha. It was a very long trip but it was worth 100%, we enjoyed it a lot, we visited many places too and I did not imagine how important it would become when remembering that it was the last family vacation, that then the pandemic would come and that we might not be able to go out until when again :(. But hey, we can go out again for now, we only have to take care of ourselves a lot since with that we take care of our families too and in the end we can enjoy as we used to do before.
